Our devices allow your body to move through a safe series of movements under load that helps to unlearn these bad habits, address weaknesses and stop the de-conditioning cycle. Your spine is then put through a series of flexion, extension, side-bending and rotation movements under load to create muscle growth and enhance movement. These devices help to kick-start the muscles of your spine to work in unison again.

The strengthening routine can take 25-30 minutes to complete. It is painless and controlled. You are fully secured at all times. Each device has a monitor to direct your speed, resistance and range of motion. Your program is slowly developed over weeks or months so that improvements are safe and sustainable.
